Welcome to the Shadywood South website! Here we will keep you up to date with information from your HOA including the restrictions, directory, board member information.

Homeowners wishing to have exterior house projects approved by the board can do so by filling out the form on the Contact page of this website.

Residents who wish to offer services to their neighbors (such as babysitting or dog walking) will be listed here (please send your name, age, and service on Contact Form or when submitting annual dues). We hope to grow this feature in the future to include recommendations for local services (roofing, landscaping, etc.)

This site will also include events in your neighborhood as well as links to events around Topeka!

The site will be updated every quarter and will include times and locations of HOA board meetings.
